As part of the workshop, participants develop a community of support and an understanding of how to use support in deepening our work in building a just and equitable multicultural world.
Who’s this Workshop For?
For people who’ve had previous anti-racism training and want to take your understanding and competency to a deeper level, this class will provide an opportunity to grow your knowledge and commitment for more effective anti-racism work.
If you’ve never taken a class about racism and are willing to invest in your learning with additional reading and other activities, this class will provide an opportunity for you to start on the road to anti-racism competence.
Participants are asked to commit to being present at ALL SESSIONS (approximately 12 hours of large and small group work) and complete various reading/viewing assignments both in preparation for the first session as well as between sessions.
